In January, we had 25 replies to the FFT, of those 22 were positive, which is 88%.
In general feedback has been positive, although we have been very busy at the start of the year, so some concerns have been raised regarding waiting times to see a GP, and ability to get hold of the surgery, particularly early on the morning.
We endeavour to keep to time and also answer the telephone as quickly as we can, but the nature of our work does mean that emergencies do arise, and we can get delayed.
With the support of the CCG we have agreed to continue with Practice Assist until the end of March, which we hope helps the surgery to provide the best support we are able to.
