In December, we only had 14 replies to the FFT, but of those 13 were positive, which is 93%.
For the year of 2018, we had 418 responses to the survey, of which 363 were positive, which is 86.8%.
We are very pleased with this, as this has been a consistent message through the year.
Feedback suggests we can still do more in managing appointments, but that this has improved during the year.
