In October, 47 patients gave feedback on whether or not they would recommend us to friends or family. 37 of them would, that’s 79%. Since August, we have had 139 replies to the FFT, with 114 saying they would recommend. That’s 82%. Feedback has ranged from ‘fantastic service’ and ‘cannot see anything to improve’ to concerns re getting an appointment and the telephone system. We will be discussing this at the November Patient Group meeting to see how can can continue to improve. Thank you all for your feedback.
