For any patient that has had a first covid vaccine at the Portslade Vaccine Centre booked through the surgery, we are now contacting patients for their second vaccine.
Deliveries are timed to coincide with 12 weeks from your first vaccine.
You will either receive a text message with a link for booking or a telephone call.
Please do not chase, as we will work in order, and contact you when its your turn.
