In December, 35 patients gave feedback on our service, with 31 happy to recommend us to their family or friends. That’s 89%. Feedback felt access to appointments had improved, though we will continue to look at how we can make this easier, particularly online access. Thank you for your support

In November, 62 patients gave feedback on our service, with 55 happy to recommend us to their family or friends. That’s 88%. We continue to work on feedback to improve appointment and telephone access. We have a new GP starting in February, at which point we feel access to a GP will become easier.
