Group A Strep in children

We are all aware of the situation with the increased incidence of Group A Strep in children, which is understandably causing considerable anxiety among parents. This, and the media focus on the prescription of antibiotics (which will further drive demand for GP appointments), is putting many practices under very significant additional pressure.
