In July, we received 30 responses to the Friends and Family survey. 25 were positive, and would recommend whilst 5 patients would not. That’s 83% who would recommend our surgery. This is now a consistent score since we launched the text service last August. We would like to improve this further so will now trial opening our telephone lines earlier in the day.
