In February, we had 30 replies to the FFT, of those 27 were positive, which is 90%.
In general feedback has been positive, although we have been continued to be very busy at the start of the year, so some concerns have been raised regarding waiting times to see a GP, and ability to get hold of the surgery, particularly early in the morning.
We endeavour to keep to time and also answer the telephone as quickly as we can, but the nature of our work does mean that emergencies do arise, and we can get delayed.
