October Friends and Family feedback

In October, we received 46 responses to the Friends and Family survey. Of these, 39 patients would recommend the surgery which is 85%.
Comments included ‘Everything 100%’ ‘Staff lovely and really good”Honestly, no improvement could be made on today’s service’ to
‘No will or help to support’ ‘hard to get an appointment’ and ‘don’t book people in to appointments they should not attend’.
